Questions people ask first
What counts as a minute?
Minutes of speech, rounded to the nearest minute; silence is not counted. A 40-minute meeting with 5 minutes of silence costs 35 minutes, however long the model takes to process it.
What happens if I run out?
Nothing stops working and nothing is deleted. New uploads wait until the month resets, and we do not auto-charge you.
What counts as a document?
A PDF, slides, Word file or image you upload as context for your sessions. Pages with a text layer cost nothing; scanned pages and images draw on the minutes allowance at two minutes a page.
Is the accuracy different per plan?
No. Every plan runs the same model at the same quality.
We are two people. Which plan?
Team starts at 3 seats. For two, take Pro twice; each of you gets 10,000 minutes.
Which currency and tax?
Prices are in Saudi riyals before tax. 15% VAT is added at checkout.
Do you train on my audio?
No. Your audio, documents and transcripts are never used to train our models.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your history stays readable and exportable and nothing is deleted. New sessions and uploads fall under the Free limits.
When do the paid plans open?
Free is what is live today. The paid plans are coming, and you will be able to upgrade from inside your account without losing anything.
